L'Essentiel A.O.P Cabardès 2013
With its golden medal from Paris' General Agriculture Contest, L'Essentiel probably shows Languedoc's best unbeatable quality/price ratio. Its deep ruby color presages ripe, firm tannins, incorporated in a full-bodied and supple wine. The attack is frank and leads, through a palatable balance of fruit and spices, to an unctuous finish.

10% Cinsault, 10 % Cabernet franc, 30 % Merlot, 20 % Syrah, 30 % Grenache
